Bank of Montreal (BMO) is a full service bank which provides support for commercial retrofits via our partnership with the Canada Infrastructure Bank.
For deep retrofits that exceed 50% reduction in greenhouse gas, we are able to provide constructing financing for retrofits at significantly discounted rates.
This offering is generally most applicable for businesses that have an existing relationship with BMO Commercial Bank, but we can also consider clients who have no relationship with BMO.
