David Conn’s work is focused on advancing an affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy system.

David is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate of the University of Calgary with extensive sales, marketing, and business development experience in a diverse range of industries.  David joined ATCO Gas & Pipelines in November 2011, and is currently Senior Advisor, Policy, with ATCO Energy Systems, ATCO’s regulated electric and gas utility businesses in Alberta. His areas of expertise include energy systems policy, demand side management, and gaseous decarbonization pathways such as renewable natural gas (RNG) and hydrogen. David is a board member of both the Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance and The Transport Project Canada industry associations.
