Certifications & Recognitions:
-Introba was named a top Zero Energy MEP firm by the New Buildings Institute, with over 80 projects identified as certified, verified, or emerging zero energy buildings.

Innovative Solutions:
-Vancouver Fire Hall No. 17 achieved Passive House, Zero Carbon Building, and LEED Gold certifications, marking it as North America’s first fire hall with such distinctions.
-The Stack in Vancouver became Canada’s first large-scale commercial office tower to obtain the Canadian Green Building Council’s Net Zero Carbon certification.
-The Roam Transit Operations and Training Centre in Banff was awarded the 2022 Zero Carbon Design Award by the Canada Green Building Council for its integration of low-carbon technologies.

Emissions Reduction Milestones:
-Introba administered the Net-Zero Energy-Ready Challenge in British Columbia, supporting projects designed to meet top-tier energy performance standards.
-Developed a portfolio-wide Energy and Emissions Management Plan for the Region of Peel, guiding 125 buildings towards achieving corporate greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets.
