We believe that every decision shapes a sustainable future. Our expert team supports organizations in their ecological transition, reducing the carbon footprint of buildings while optimizing user comfort.

We offer a 360° consultation in sustainability, decarbonization and energy efficiency, with two complementary divisions for a complete service.

Sustainability Division:

  • Development of environmental and ESG strategic plans.
  • Obtaining environmental certifications for buildings such as LEED, WELL, BOMA Best and Fitwell.
  • Electromechanical commissioning to ensure the quality and efficiency of installations.

Energy Division:

  • Energy audits.
  • Recommissioning and reduction of energy costs.
  • Decarbonization and energy transition.
  • Energy simulations to optimize building performance.
  • Management of financial support through the programs of Hydro-Québec, Énergir and Transition énergétique Québec (TEQ).

These activities and the unique synergy of the two divisions enable TST’s clients to reduce their environmental and energy footprints while optimizing their return on investment.

Highlights

TST has been a BCorp-certified firm since January 2023 and is in the process of recertification to continue to demonstrate its commitment to the highest standards of social and environmental impact. The company also assists its clients in obtaining sustainable building certifications such as LEED, BOMA BEST and Zero Carbon Building™ (ZCB) . Among notable achievements, the SERRA Montreal project obtained LEED v4 CS+CB Silver in 2024, illustrating TST’s expertise in integrating high-performance strategies in energy efficiency and resource management.

TST develops zero-carbon transition plans aligned with the 2030-2050 targets, enabling buildings to reduce their environmental footprint in a structured manner. Thanks to the energy audits and optimizations carried out, some infrastructures have recorded energy savings of up to 26%. In the context of water management, TST’s interventions have contributed to reductions in consumption of up to 30% for several projects.
Milestones and major projects
