TYZ Engineering is a mechanical engineering firm specializing in designing and engineering heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and drainage, fire protection, and building automation systems. Our experience in various engineering markets allows us to draw from an extensive range of projects to ensure that the right solution is selected for each project.
Client requirements are our primary focus, as we work closely to determine exact project needs. We shape these requirements into mechanical system designs that practically, feasibly, and sustainably meet the project schedule, budget, and performance requirements.
TYZ believes that discussions with construction professionals should occur at all stages of the project, from schematic design to ensure ideas fall within appropriate budgets to detailed design to provide the constructibility of the ideas to working alongside each other in the construction phase to ensure systems are operating as intended.
Our collaborations come in several different forms, such as: traditional design-bid, public-private partnerships (P3), design-build, integrated project delivery (IPD) and front-end engineering design (FEED).
