1. Red Deer Justice Centre

The 312,000 sq ft (29,000 m2) Red Deer Justice Centre is built to LEED Silver standards to ensure reduced energy consumption and operational costs and increased durability of the building.

  2. Glenbow Museum Retrofit

The project is targeting LEED® Gold certification and an overall energy reduction of more than 40% from the pre-renovation consumption levels. Once completed, Glenbow will set a new standard for energy efficiency in modern museums.

  3. Emissions-Neutral Fire Station connected to district energy

Along with being connected to the District Energy Sharing System, this emissions-neutral building uses a rooftop solar photovoltaic array and various high-efficiency building systems to conserve energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. As a result, the facility is anticipated to achieve LEED Silver but may achieve LEED Gold certification.
